Hope Ministries Bethel Mission operates a drop-in center during the week. Individuals are connected to community resources and Hope Ministries programming.

Hope Ministries serves three free meals to community members every day at Hope Cafe, connected to the Bethel Mission men's emergency shelter.

Any individual or family in need of a meal.

Breakfast: 7:00 am
Lunch: 12:00 noon
Dinner: 5:00 pm

Dinner: 5:00 p.m.

In-person meal: Open to anyone in need of a meal this holiday season. No documentation or proof of income necessary.

Delivery meal: available to Des Moines metro area, including Ankeny, Indianola, and Waukee. Name, address, and phone number needed when registering. Must be present for the delivery.

Intake Process:

Sign-up for the delivery meal at www.hopeiowa.org or call.

Hours:

In-Person Meal: Thanksgiving 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Delivery Meal: Thanksgiving Day. Deadline to sign-up November 17th at 4:30 p.m. May close early if capacity is reached.

Bethel Mission provides emergency shelter, food, clothing and case management support for men. Shelter guests can stay in the shelter for $5 a day after 60 days free.
