Program: Parenting Inside Out
Parenting Inside Out (PIO) is an evidence-based, cognitive-behavioral parent management skills training program created for incarcerated parents. PIO helps parents promote healthy child adjustment, prevent child problem behavior, and interrupts the cycle of intergenerational criminality. Parents develop and refine social interaction and citizenship skills which will help them guide their children toward becoming positive and constructive adults.
Cohorts (8-10 participants) meet for group sessions twice a week for 5 weeks with the PIO Educator. Participants will also meet individually once a week with the PIO Educator.

- Nurturing children through reading and play
- Non-violent discipline techniques and positive reinforcement
- Adult development
- Transitioning planning and family reintegration
Eligibility:
Incarcerated mothers and incarcerated fathers who are parenting from prison
Parents on parole or probation.
Never convicted of child sexual abuse
Parent who has visitation rights with their child.
Intake Process:
Intake includes:
- Filling out paperwork for release of information, surveys, parent contract, and parent contact information
- Completing an intake interview
- Attending a program orientation

Program: SafePath Survivor Resources
SafePath Survivor Resources of Family Resources is a community based program that serves the need of all individuals and families affect by domestic or sexual violence, human trafficking or other violent crimes. We work from a feminist, anti-oppressive framework that embraces inclusiveness, diversity, and equality. Our mission to create a community free of violence through education, counseling, and advocacy.
