South Central Iowa Community Action Program (SCICAP) provides a variety of programs to assist families with different needs. Everyday problems with food, housing, money management, education, and employment may seem overwhelming at times. The county outreach center staff work with families to help them overcome those everyday problems so that they may achieve self-sufficiency.
