Program: Survivorship Program
The Above+Beyond Cancer Optimal Living/Survivorship program is a partnership with the local YMCA's to offer a wide variety of evidence based health and nutrition programming for cancer survivors, caregivers and anyone who has been touched by cancer.
Patients and physicians know that strengthening one’s mind, body and spirit plays an essential role in cancer treatment. The programs are led by medical staff and certified instructors, and they include indoor cycling, yoga, small group personal training, individual coaching, water-therapy, walking, and meditation.
- Small group personal training for survivors

All cancer programs and classes are free to YMCA members. Cancer patients and survivors may receive a 12-week YMCA scholarship or MercyOne Health and Fitness Scholarship after a Doctor referral.
