Healthy Families Cherokee County

Healthy Families Cherokee County is a free and voluntary home visiting program that serve families with young children. The program goals are to promote child health and development, improve family relationships and encourage positive parenting and family relationships. Family Support Specialists work with families to provide education, support and connect to community resources.

Healthy Families Cherokee County includes an incentive program where families earn baby supplies such as car seat, pack-n-plays, baby monitors, diapers and more.
