Program: Parents as Teachers
Parents as Teachers (PAT) program provides families with child development knowledge, parenting support, and health and wellness activities. This includes early detection of developmental delays and health issues, preventing child abuse and neglect, and contributes to children’s school readiness.

Eligibility:
Prenatal to age 5 ( not yet enrolled in Kindergarten).
Intake Process:
Referrals can be made via email, phone, or in person. Please have name, address, family size, and family income information available.
