Intake Process:
First time visitors to our facility will fill out a very short and simple 2-page questionnaire regarding certain demographics. We do ask for an ID, or a sheet of paper with a current address or some form of identification. No appointment is necessary.
Hours:
Tuesday: 12:30pm-2:30pm.
Wednesday: 5:30pm-7:30pm.
Thursday: 9:00am-11:00am.
Saturday: 9:00am-11:00am.
