Services:

During the month of November,  clients will have the option to select bonus Thanksgiving meal ingredients during monthly Food Pantry visits.  These bonus items will vary based on availability but will include such items as meat/poultry, cranberry sauce, green beans, stuffing, and more. December Blessings program provides registered clients with the opportunity to receive both a Christmas food box and Christmas gifts for their children. The pre-assembled Christmas food box contains a variety of nourishing essentials for a traditional holiday meal. Children, from infancy through high school, can be registered to receive one or two wish list gifts generously donated by our supporters. Registration begins October 1, 2025.

Intake Process:

Qualified residents within Waukee School District. Clients must submit proof of residency, identification for each member of household and proof of income that shows household is below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines.  After online application is completed, please submit documents during food pantry hours. Once application is approved, individuals receive email confirmation with pick up instructions.

Hours:

Cannot apply if receiving holiday services from any other organization. Client pick up Dates are Friday, December 12, 2025. Client registration deadline Nov 13, 2025. For more information: https://waypoint.care/seasonal-programs/
