The purpose of the Horizons Family Support program is to provide support and resources for families to increase self-sufficiency and provide a safe, secure, and healthy home. The program utilizes evidence based curriculum from The Incredible Years, Partners for a Healthy Baby, and Healthy Families.
This program has received the Iowa Family Support Credential.
